First Olsen Ltd. (the Company) was incorporated in 1993 and has its registered office in Bermuda. Currently the Company have representatives in Bermuda, Singapore, Isle of Man and Norway.

The Headquarter is located in Oslo, Norway, in the offices of First Olsen AS (Agent to Owner), that was established in 1994.

The Company’s main activity is related to tanker operation (Knock Tankers Ltd.), floating production (Fred.Olsen Production ASA), offshore wind turbine installation (Fred.Olsen Windcarrier AS) and technical marine services (Fred.Olsen Marine Services AS).

As per January 2011, the First Olsen fleet consist of 2 Suezmax tankers, 1 VLCC converted to an FPSO and 2 Suezmax tankers operating as FPSOs.
